I like cake. I like it so much, I would much rather bake a sheet cake for dinner instead of eating a meal consisting of the better portions of the food pyramid.



However, our wedding will not have cake. Sorry.

Billy and I love cheesecake, and although we really wanted a cake that looked like a humongous traditional wedding cake (with tons of flowers and yummy icing), we simply could not get over how uber-yummy cheesecake was. There are a few drawbacks, though, and a lot of questions from us: where do you get the awesomest cheesecake from, which flavors do you get, how long can they be kept out on display before eating, and how do you tier them?



Eh, we’ll figure it out sooner or later. Thankfully, cheesecake is more readily available on a shorter notice than other wedding cakes. And I really warmed up to the idea of having Bailey’s Irish Creme cheesecake. I still want T.G.I. Friday’s vanilla bean, too- is that corny?

To make a plain one look pretty, here are some nice Wendy Kromer additions we could put on top. Cute, although expensive. I should just find a cute bird and stick it on there.
